2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any bet on the vip228 Platform. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.4 Session Responsibility. All bets and transactions executed while you are logged in to your Account are deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether you were actually present at the device at the time.

All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Minimum and maximum limits for individual payment channels may vary and are displayed at the point of deposit within your Account dashboard.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance in real time or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider. vip228 is not responsible for delays attributable to your bank or e-wallet provider.
5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. To submit a withdrawal request, your Account must have passed KYC verification (see Clause 3.2). Withdrawal requests are subject to review and will be processed within the timeframes published in the Platform's Help Centre. The majority of withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri and the Ramadhan period.
5.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. vip228 will not accept deposits made using funds obtained through unlawful means. Any Account found to have received third-party or illegally obtained funds will be suspended and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.
5.6 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by vip228's payments team. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity.
6.1 Offer Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and reload incentives offered by vip228 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. 6.3 One Bonus Per Player. Only one bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, or per payment method at any given time, unless the promotion's specific terms expressly permit otherwise.
6.4 Abuse Prevention. vip228 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner not intended by vip228.
6.5 Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion. If a Player requests a withdrawal before their active bonus wagering requirement has been met, vip228 reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings attributable to bonus funds from the withdrawal amount.
7.1 General. All bets placed on the vip228 Platform — including sportsbook wagers on events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, EPL matches, Timnas Indonesia internationals, and Champions League games; live casino games including baccarat and Dragon Tiger; slot titles; and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws — are subject to the specific game rules published within each respective product section of the Platform.
7.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only confirmed and binding once vip228's system has accepted it and a confirmation reference is displayed to the Player. In the event of a system error that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds or with an incorrect outcome, vip228 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's Account.
7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. vip228 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice.
7.4 Payout Limits. Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply across all product categories. These limits are published within each product's rules section. Winnings in excess of the applicable payout limit for a single bet will be capped at the published maximum.
7.5 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void by vip228 in the following circumstances: event cancellation, technical failure, obvious pricing error, use of prohibited software, or any other circumstance that renders the integrity of the wager materially compromised. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake only; no additional compensation is payable.

11.4 Maximum Liability Cap. Where vip228 is found liable to a Player for any reason, the maximum aggregate liability of vip228 to that Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 Right to Amend. vip228 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

13.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between this English version and any translation provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail.
